The easiest way to fix the problem is to use a login proxy address that matches your location. If it's giving you a hard time troubleshooting the problem, you can try to disable the two-factor authentication from the application. You can also try to deactivate your account temporarily for three to four hours. Aside from disabling the authentication or account, you can use an IP that's close to your country, so it's counted as a new home IP.

First of all, GMT2 is dead, their API is broken and I've unsubscribe them, regarding the proxy I recommend you to made your own proxy, there are many tutorials about it

Your root issue lies within GMT2. As mentioned the API has been broken for some time now.
Use another tool that has good support for EB such as Jarvee. Even then you will most likely have problems as your account is already flagged with bot footprints. Best thing is to let the accounts rest for a week or two. If you think your resources are good then just wait and try to use the account. If you still have issues it is your resources.
But for now the account is most likely unusable even if you switch to a better bot and proxies, the footprint is still there. You have to let it wear off
