What proxy are you all using?

I use proxies provided by Death by Captcha, he has some very good options on his blog, they work very well for me.

You can refer to the proxy of professional suppliers at BHW, they will advise you more carefully and accurately.

Using 4G Mobile Proxy. also sometimes it is not the proxy that causes the problem

We often use mobile proxy (4G proxy) to run facebook campaigns.
Because when using mobile proxy, it will be like you are using 4G mobile network, so it creates high credibility with facebook.
When you run ads or do other campaigns, it will be difficult to detect and safe for your account.
 
There are so many proxt supplier in this plateform, see and purchase hopefully your issue will solve
 
You should consider switching to a 4G proxy, as it rotates IPs naturally like real user behavior, making it safer and reducing the risk of account bans.

There are many types of Proxy you can use rotating proxy or mobile proxy it is quite effective

Proxycake working fine for me. Even for reddit they are doing pretty great.
 
Smartproxy is sometimes flagged by Facebook, you should try a more reputable proxy like NetNut, SOAX, or Bright Data.
Prioritize residential or mobile proxies, do not use datacenter proxies.
Using the right country proxy with your account + combining with an anti-detect browser will be safer when running ads.

I am using V6 Static proxy.it is very stable
