You should use a clean proxy and have an address that matches your account country, then the suspension will be significantly reduced.
 
Mobile proxy if you have a huge budget
Residential somewhat ok
Datacenter ban prone.
 
4G mobile proxy . home use type is cheap and not recommended for social networking.

Even i would suggest you to go for residential proxies as they are reliable now a days.

You can also check marketplace for more proxy option

There are many cheap residential proxy providers out there that should not be used for social networking.
 
I had similar issues with Smartproxy on Meta thats great for some tasks, but Meta's filters are super strict. I switched to NetNut for more stable, clean residential IPs, and my bans dropped significantly.
 
You can use socket5 or rotating proxies of American, Australia, and Ha lanes.
 
Mobile proxy or static ISP residential proxy can be used, which is relatively better

I am using http proxy V6. It is very good.
