use 4g/5g mobile proxies, residential ones are cheap and not recommended for social networks.

this is maybe shady but good if you love it
we buy some used STB and make proxy from there,
then we limit the speed around 1MB/s and talk to random ppl who want to be partner
now we're had like 20 resident proxy and each we pay from 0.5$ to 1$/month on first stage,
now that i had some friend who need it for his "movie sites"
we only had 5 different proxy and pad them only 3$/mo
i think this good to share if you consider making your own proxy.... i mean..... it's more realible and controllable so far lol good enough idea isn't? lol

You can just create your own using a Samsung device. We have done that with over 30 devices
Any phone can do it, it doesn't have to be Samsung, my friend.

4g mobile proxies of course. Only way to be fully safe.

If not mobile proxies, your other options are the below:
Datacenter proxies: laughable, ban prone, should never be used for anything that has an account and can get you banned. Super easy to detect
Residential proxies: they are rotated, never dedicated, overused, and shared between many different people. And in an internet where there's so much fingerprinting and data sharing, trust mee, meta and all other companies have a huuuuuge history log for that IP.
