I have been using Dreamweaver for nearly 3 years now, after initially starting off with FrontPage. I tried Microsoft Expression but I just like Dreamweaver more .

Word Press is the only way to go in my opinion, both for sites you intend to keep and (especially) for sites you plan to flip.

When I started making websites I used Dreamweaver, swapped to Notepad++ quickly.
For graphics: Photoshop (version doesn't really matter)

It depends on what content your site will have. If you plan on blogging or CMS then use wordpress else use dreamweaver or any other html editor (WYSIWYG the better option).

I am using photoshop to make images and dreamweaver to edit html and css. And sometimes I use flash as per the clients requirement

I use photoshop and dreamweaver to build my sites. I am not great fan of flash and dont know how to use it too

Artisteer for wordpress sites

dreamweaver for others

actinic for some commercial sites

Fireworks or photoshop for images

ftp client for most uploads as I like to see where it's all going

Joomla, edit with Dreamweaver, graphics in Photoshop. I also use Firebug a lot for find problems, grabbing code I like from other sites and making it work for my needs.

I use phostoshop and illustrator for graphics, dreamweaver for editing html and css and usually Modx for CMS. I think I will start using Komodo or Yii frameworks in the near future.
