Hi guys, I have lack of experience wanted to consult some of you give some approximate calculation:

I have bought long tail 3 words keyword with this stats:

Keyword:[**** ***** *****]
Competition:HIGH
Global Month search: 8000
Local Month search: 5000
Approximate CPC: 0.96

[TR]
[TH="class: sIS sGT sAT"][/TH]
[/TR]
[TR="class: sCS"]
[TD="class: sBS sDS, align: left"]Its in finance niche, what should i expect from adsense for hitting No1 spot on google, with proper optimisation?

not sure if you can hit sweet #1 if you lack of experience, as competition is high
but if you do, with 8k monthly search you can make decent money

I assume you are referring to the AdSense competition when you say high. Look up the seo competition to better understand how easy it will be to rank.

If it is easy, then there you go, it will be easy to rank.
 
at the #1 spot:
.50*8000 go to your page = 4000
4000*.02 click on your ad = 80
.96 per click * .70 after g fees = .67 per click
80 clicks at .67 per click equals $53 per month
 
I don't have the routine yet, i am full of theory:) i will check tommorow top 5, but I gave quick look i think it wont be that hard.
$53 per month... i expected little bit more perspective but hey... its a start!:) ( hope you underestimated:))
 
If you can use it to get leads (payday loans, etc etc) then you can probably make some money through a ping tree.

That's far too broad. Statistical guesstimates are usually way off. You can easily find ways to increase your CTR or monetize the site in some other way. A lot of this will depend on the niche and how well you optimize your actual page. I see no reason why a site like this couldn't make a couple hundred a month. You may find that a high paying affiliate offer will convert far better.
 
According to my experience micro niche site with EMD site helps me too much even have 2000 global monthly searches. If your site first page of gogle for your keywords then i am sure you huge a lot and its also depends how you monetize your site.
 
The CPC is a bit low but since you have the EMD it will help you to rank easier. I think with those kinds of search, I expect the income to be around $70-90/month.

If you build our your contents smartly then I am sure you can get a lot more clicks then few of the people estimated.
 
As already mentioned, sites like this forget about adsense, promote some offers, build a list etc etc your traffic has money, so try get as much of it as possible!

I'm pretty sure that's adwords competition not seo competition.
 
Thank you guys for the suggestions, I'll try to rank and maybe use some CPA offer better than adsense, will see and update
