Then may be your website design sucks ? Just do a search in google on how to optimize website to increase conversions.nope, it is matching and i get decent traffic as well but i didn't get any lead or simple misscall
Do i Redesign the whole process or use extra squeeze pages for capture leads.

If you are reaching the top you will get real improvement in sales, Make sure you are on the spot continuously!
You have to make your brand famous as well. Try some Adsense
Maybe your traffic is coming from some bots.You can not get sales with Bot traffic.
Find more people who are interested in buying products not just visiting,

That must be frustrating for you Adam.
Make sure the keywords you have chosen to rank are ones that people might use when they are 'ready' to buy.
Also, make sure you are spending enough time analysing what your visitors are doing, how long they are staying etc.
Dina Dona mentioned above about bots - check some of your ip addresses to see if they are or not.

I think it would go down to either something web site design technical related or just those searches and that keyword are purely informational searches.
It could be web design and your copywriting is not converting and needs testing and tweaking more, like how easy is it for the customer to buy? Test it out by making it as easy as possible for them to purchase right away see if you get any sales. Are you resonating and talking with your target audience correctly?
It could be something like those type of customers do not resonate with the design/words you are using or they are not getting exactly what they want from your webpage.
Or personally I think it might be more something along the lines of the keywords you're ranking for are just information keywords and not buyer intent.
You might want to analyse those factors by split testing, but one thing at a time you need to identify what the exact problem is which can take time.
Pretend you are a potential customer, go on another computer do a search for the keyword, check results visit a few pages yours and others (what are they doing that you are not, how do their sites work and look in comparison to yours), then try purchase from your own site, you never know maybe a payment option has the wrong details and people are trying to pay but cannot or something simple like that, just see a purchase through to check.
