What methods have you actually made money from?

Well, my thoughts and methods, can't be shared here due to the TOS.

But, my point is there is always an edge you can have over your competition, which sometimes requires shady tactics to become easy.

There are TONS of ways, angles or ways to crack a system and make money out of it. Like, for example, SEO it's extremely competitive and even though you may have an edge, you are going to struggle. There are tons of other ways to make LOTS of money online.

I was going to post here in bhw a few methods, but unfortunately, they break the site's TOS.

Now, obviously, when you an edge over your competition, suddenly you go from struggling to thriving and you make lots of money without much effort.

As always, it's TOUGH finding those edges, but when you get one, either by skill or luck (or sometimes both), you will find yourself thriving in the online world.

If you do what any other average joe suggests to do, you will find yourself struggling. Everything is in finding that edge, exploit it to the max and make tons of money.

I can't go in details, but it's all about finding those tiny, but game-changing edges.

Also, it doesn't have to be on seo, there are plenty of ways online to make TONS of money.

I hope you realize how general your answer is and is basically applicable to literally any situation. It doesn't answer the question, of how does a person with no experience even find that aforementioned "edge" in any type of IM venture other than SEO type of biz. It also raises the question whether or not your practices are within the term "black hat" or just full on illegal.

I'm really not judging here, I'm not the type to preach morality. And I'm not asking for your methods either. I'm simply curious, how do you go about finding "alternative" ways to make money, as opposed to conventional stuff. Because it really is difficult these days to discern reality from bullshit or people just trying to lure you into buying shit.

You mentioned skill or luck. How do you get skill, if you are doing what everyone else is doing, if you know what I mean.

In any case, thank you for your input :)

Unfortunately, there are methods i cant discuss here due to ToS, but an edge could be hacked links in seo. Its all about finding those little edges that will help you a ton, man.

Not that I got the answer to what I was asking, but let's leave it at that then.

You need to push the boundaries. It's a good question, and it doesn't feel right, but money makes everything feel better.

From my 5 years of experience on the Internet, I only know 2 options
1) If you want to earn you gotta invest first, also need proper guidance from a good mentor.
2) If you want to earn without investment you gotta build one skill which will pay your bills.

Thanks

In short, you can always find a way to exploit or abuse a system. Once you find that, your life is a lot easier. It's tough to find one, but there are MANY that are still out there, man.

I need to learn how to do google ads so I can advertise on google

Email marketing (buying lists, blast them with offers)

Does it still work? If yes, what offers you promote? And what tool do you use for bulk email?

It’s barely been a month for me and I’m doing well so I’m going to stick to it the “selling service” method

What do you sell? And how do you attract clients?

I only sell services to clients

What service? And how you promote your service business?

Now its my major source of income,

So for me its Pay Per Call, I know Adwords am really good at writing ads and searching keywords

Which PPC network are you working with?

PPI = About 100k

100k from PPI? Wow. How did you promote PPI offers?

I made a shit ton of money with Altavista

Ahhhh good old memories of the days when I relied on Altavista instead of Google!!

Single Android app
100+/month
after one year of continuous.

What happened after a year?

What do you sell at Facebook?

What data studio is?

Amazon FBA has earnt me a lot.

Do you still do FBA?

Try selling good quality SEO services on this forum. It should definitely work!

Do you still do FBA?

Yes i do.
I launched 4 brands.

1. This has been going since 2016 and earnt me the most money (over 6 figures)
2. We launched from £500, within 6 weeks we were making £10k turnover, £6k profit. After a couple of months we paid a "guru" who scammed us, we lost £16k worth of stock and put into £4k advertising debt and he then tried to sue us. We never recovered.
3. This was in the adult niche, sold ok, made my money back but not as well as I would have liked
4. Still selling in USA but i prefer how Amazon UK works.

I just wanted to mention this turned into a great thread after OP stopped trolling and flaming after every comment.
There are some very useful and insightful posts in this thread.

As for myself, I have lost a lot more money than I've made, but I've learned A TON from my mistakes over the years.

Main thing, I had 3 micro-niche sites and one authority site and I was working on all of them at once.
I then realized it's not worth it to spread myself out so much, so I started focusing solely on the authority site and its brand.
After around half a year, started getting a few hundred organic visits a month and now a year later I've revamped everything and hitting around 1.5k visits a month, steadily growing.

Very recently gotten more into writing a lot more content and it's making a huge difference.

Profits at 1k visits purely from Ezoic were only about $1 a day, so not worth it. Decided I will monetize the site after I get steady 10k-20k visits a month.

Just remember:
You learn from every mistake, no matter how much it costs. Just don't give up because of it.
