Relevance and placement within an article are the key things to consider here in addition the quality of the site that is linking you is relevant along with the relevancy to your subject matter.
For me: relevance first, then real traffic, editorial placement, and overall site quality—a relevant link that sends genuine users is usually worth far more than a high-DR link from an unrelated website.
I would look beyond DR or DA. The strongest signals are topical relevance, an indexed and genuinely visited referring page, editorial placement, sensible anchor text, and a domain history consistent with its current subject.
traffic and actual clicks are everything now. a link on a DR 70 site with zero organic visits is basically worthless imo. indexing is also getting harder so if it doesnt index within a week or two it's a dead link anyway.
