What is your step-by-step proxy setting procedure?

I'm new to proxies and learning about it now. I want to post to forums without getting banned.

1) Do you recommend private or shared proxies for posting on Yahoo Answers?

2) When you register an account with a specific IP address, should you always post from that IP? (not choose random IP when posting and answering)?

3) What is your step-by-step procedure (that takes less time and easy) to set different proxies. Maybe using a browser add-on (I use Firefox), clearing cookies, cache before using another proxy etc (I'm making this up).

Also for cleaning cookies a free way is using ccleaner... also do not forget to clear the .sol flash cookies from macromedia folder ...

I'd recommend getting private proxies and register 1 account per ip. To avoid getting banned, you should always use/post from that same ip. For Firefox, i'd suggest using Elite proxy switcher, https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/elite-proxy-switcher/. What's a good proxy switcher for the opera browser.

for the whole pc including opera and other software use proxifier.
If you want to have proxies for specific software and not for the whole pc just use proxycap
