Those are parasite posts on forums/other platforms allowing UGC. It's easy enough to automate posting of these with bots (though the commercial ones don't submit to any of the sites listed) but the trick is to find sites that both have enough authority to rank and that don't delete your posts within a day. You'll probably notice most of these pages listed in your search have been 404'd.

The posts are in general discussions on various forums, different forums have different rules so it will be hardly possible to automate but if you filter the forums that have no strict rules then you can automate.

They will most likely be self-developed or sold at low volume privately.
