The intro is probably bought, or made by someone on Fiverr, the Video editing itself can be easily done in Sony Vegas

Hello @quovad1s

I am pretty sure videos like the ones you shared are quite easy to make.
I am not into video editing but I know people into it who would recommend OpenShot since it is free for commercial use and open-source.

Try vegasaur plugin for sony vegas, you can create these slides by dropping the pictures. You need to purchase the plugin though.
