What is the real way to use keyword on article?

In all honesty, you want your articles to be 100% unique. Using copied/spammy/cheaply spun content isn't going to help you in the long run.
There are a few ways to use keywords in article. Everyone has their own "ratio" that works best, I've seen some people say 1% density, some say 3%, some say 1.5%, it all depends.
Here are some good ways to use keywords though: Mix up anchor text that you use while still being relevant
If you want to use the keyword "organic bananas" you can try it like this:
1. I like purchasing my organic bananas from blahblah
2. If you are looking for the best quality organic bananas, don't fall for marketing gimmicks
3. Many people believe a healthy lifestyle comes from consuming healthy, organic fruit, such as bananas

These are the following steps i will do,
- Create a attractive title for the article (Best ways, Top 5, Checklist so on)
- Article length is more than 700+ words.
- Use around 2 to 3 images in the article.
- My Primary keyword should appear in the 1st para of the article.
- If possible try to add the keyword in the title, it's meaning less we will avoid. Keyword must appear in the meta description.
- Keyword density - 2 to 3%
- Also use authority links along with my site. (3 links per article)
- Share the articles in my social channels & also relevant groups (Google+ & LinkedIn).

As MisterF said, yoast is the easiest way, it tells you right under the post, so much easier when it's in front of you. If it shows all green then you're good to go, easy

A good rule of thumb is to think about how you would use the keyword in a normal conversation. When you write your article, write it as if you are speaking to a person sitting right in front of you.

A lot of good insight with number, but as always, it's not about numbers or percentages anymore. It's all about your niche and how your word is used. Some niche will require a word to be used more than other. Just make it look natural and you'll have no problem with whatever density.

i want share my experience here. one only method work for rank your keyword is 100% unique article and it doesn't matter how long your article but put 2 or 3 keyword with variation in anywhere of your article.

I think there's no magic formula of how many articles you need to post everyday. It depends on your quality of the website, your keywords, your competitors, your content,...and many other onpage factors. However you should try to focus on quality instead of quantity, I think so.
And beside the articles you need to post on your own website, you need to spend time to do backlinks as much as possible, and don't forget trying to get quality backlinks too.

zafraan, I don't think you should base your strategy on some 'general rules that could be used at ANY market/niche'.
Try to figure out your competitors, the most successful ones.
Make the analyze.
You'll see what to do and it'll will be the way that works in your area.

The trick is to be "natural". Many a times, this means that the entire article might have only one 'exact keyword' but have lot of related content which are semantic keywords. Depending on the niche, this will vary. For ex a buyer keyword will have a different semantic keyword spread vis a vis information keyword. One of the ways is to understand how wikipedia does this. The way they structure the content along with the "related topics" is something that a normal content should emulate.
