What is the most important factor in SEO ,Such as link building,Meta tags so on.

Inbound Links with your keyword as the anchor text

I agree with the post about proper keyword research, though I'm sure it isn't what the original poster was looking for. All you backlinking goes to waste if you screwed up your keyword research.

Ah ye, well to get a good start on SEO, the right keyword/keyword phrase is a massive boost already. Matching your domain with your wanted keywords is excellent to.

But if i had to choose another thing, then,

Unique Content, thats a kind of SEO to isent it?

And if that still doesnt work, then some good Backlinks never hurt :)

People I know always ask me that question and I always give them the same answer...

The most important part of SEO is the one you're working on!

Meaning, linkbuilding is the most important one if you've already selected a great keyword! On-page optimization is the most important, if you haven't done any...

My answer is that any ONE of them can be MOST important, depending on where you are in the process. Skip over a couple of simple things and your hard work goes for naught!

domain age
backlinks w good anchor text
keywords in you domain

:)

Domain age is not an important factor....anyone who says it is doesnt know what they are talking about. If they want to argue the fact I'm willing to display tones of URLs which show that a 0 age, can rank above a 10 year age for any given keyword.

For me, the most important are;

domain name
keyword density
tags
backlinks

NOT in that order.

Backlinks are the most important factor. And there are tons of sites that rank well in google with a good domain, on page seo etc, purely on the strength of backlinks.

all the factors are important
you cant say it just by parts

Well. I would say Unique Content and well writen. If you have good content and it is not just something you wrote in 2min and are almost 90% duplicate.

If you focus on that you will rank. Also Keywords research and getting your site indexed the right way is also important. And I agree with that backlinks is very good.

I think backlinks, on page optimization and pages indexed by google, yahoo and so on.

In my experience... this is true (except the well written part. Googlebot is not a human). Here's a real life example:

I had an exact domain for a keyword and the site was just pulling info from amazon using the reviewazon plugin. So the descriptions for the products on the site were the same as hundreds of other sites. My backlinks were stronger than the top 10 results and I was still sitting on the 2nd page. So domain = check, on page seo = check, keywords = check, backlinks = check. Once I rewrote the product descriptions and made it look unique to google, 1st page. All I did was change sentences around and used different words.

Its definitly the bachlink. And secondary the content. But if you have good content, than you can get easier the backlinks.

Backlinks is surely the key. Everything else helps but you can rank any web page with enough quality links regardless of the content on the site. But if it is garbage content eventually goog will toss it from high ranks due to too many people hitting the back button.
