What is the limit to AI integration exactly?

I thought there were aspects where AI could not be integrated but I keep getting surprised every time. I just saw a project, don't know if it's new but it's a liquidity distribution protocol that integrates AI. It does Aggregating Liquidity, Routing Trades etc but as you might have guessed by now, it makes use of AI to optimize the process. I don't know much about the project so I would appreciate it if anyone could give more explanation or just any other weird place you have seen AI integration for a discussion. TQ
