What Is The Best Wordpress Theme In technical SEO (SPEED)

I've Been searching For A Great Wordpress theme for a while now , the best one i've found is astra .
however it's not perfect , some demos are better than others .
the best score i've found now on page speed insights on mobile with Astra is 67 and 5 seconds speed index ,

You know any theme better ?

GeneratePress for sure.
 
Oceanswp and page builder framework, Generatepress is the fastest theme in my experience, you should try these.
 
After reading your question the first answer that came to my mind was Generate Press. No doubt generate press is a light weight and elegant theme. You can go for it.
 
Hello Elementor + Elementor + LSCache/WP Rocket (configured correctly) can do wonders in terms of design and speed.

I do agree with you! You can achieve incredible speed results with that + image compression and Webp format + locally loading gfonts and unloading usused styles

Design wise, elementor is way superior and it is extremely convenient to design really fast
 
+1 for GP,
It's simple and lightweight,
The only downside is that it lacks features,
but once you're used to it along with Generateblocks, you can make basically anything possible
