To do that you need to have good idea about seo atleast some basic knowledge about how is happening that and which changes make that working like that.

Not hugely into BH SEO, but from what I can glean here, it all depends on what keyword you are going for and perhaps more specifically your competition, not necessarily who or what you are doing the ranking for.

If your truly working with a big company, you don't want to go blackhat... you can end up costing them a ton of money. It's usually easier to do White Hat methods with a larger company... look into getting creative bro.
