SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization. That?s a bunch of actions you can take to make sure that your business?s website appears high in relevant search results when a prospective or service you offer.
Some people use Google Adwords, and filling good with search engines. But it turns out that most people don?t actually click on those Adwords ads. Instead, most people click on the organic search results. Check out the actual numbers:

  • 10% of people click on those links, which display through Google Adwords
  • 90% of people click on those links, which comes from organic search results.

Thanks. Do you know what "links" means by the way? I'm kinda new to this whole Google thing.

Wow, finally someone shed some light on this.

It's a good job you joined the forum, because we have been trying to work out what SEO is for years.

I am looking forward to all your future threads.

True. I tried to tell him that in a nive way, but the rest got him drowning in seo sorrow! lol

OP, go on and write more of it. Don't worry, most of us here are|were not more of seo-idiots:D than me, but they all were, if not now then not too long ago! So, anyway, you're doing quite useful stuff there, and many may gain something from it (I hope), and so... keep writing! ;)
