That's a natural assumption!I thought all staff had 24/7 access there, to begin with, to be honest,
Administrators have access to it by default. Marketplace moderators and regular moderators do not have access to the Jr. Executive VIP subforums unless they get promoted into the usergroup.

Jr. Executive VIP doesn't create a badge, only a user title change. However, since their moderator and admin statuses are above Jr. Exec, it doesn't change their user title.

There should be option to have two titles also. Like two positions in a company being run be same person.

We can't display two titles at once, but we could look at adding a badge for Jr. Executive VIPs, one that matches the usergroup colour.
It would look like this:
