Yes you have to each year dress as a goat and slaughter your finest Ox in honour of @RoiBox. It use to be a virgin, but they are really rare these days. There are no extra charges. Just maintain your activity level, Jr. VIP, and account status.
Jr. Executive VIP is currently just a title to recognise exceptional community members. It would be awful if we sent invites to Jr. Exec only to request more money. That's tantamount to a punishment rather than a reward.
