What is Discover in Google Search console ?? how that works?
I got a few of my URLs in Discover, is that something like googles new??

One other requirements is

The content meets Google’s news and content policies
 
It's from Google's Discover platform.
I haven't gotten many of my articles on there, but have had a few which have gotten a few hundred views.
 
Google Discover is the new name for Google Feed and shows you topics and news items around items that interest you.
 
If you use the Discover Feed in the Google app, you should check whether it is enabled or not. If disabled, you will see a blank white screen and the feed will not work.
