what is current safe setup with Instagram and Facebook?

Hello I would like to ask quick questions and maybe give some thought for other people to process.
What is currently best setup for Facebook and Instagram?
VPS with dedicated non-residential address, Virtual Machine for each individual account with socks, Phone emulator or separate windows username using socks?
Is it safe to use different socks accounts on these platforms since IP is constantly changing (due to socks lifespan)
What is currently the best bot to gain organic followers? Or what's the best method to grow niche accounts?
And what would be the best place to get photographs for instagram and facebook niches?

I did not lose any business. But even if I would that's the nature of the beast.
I would like to know current market trend to be able to apply and possibly improve and share along the way with community.
