How do you select easy keywords? As we know, Bing keywords have fewer search volume, so we need to target large amount of keywords. So manual keyword research is not possible? Should I just use Semrush and target low volume long tail keywords in bulk?
 
For Bing, sometimes brand signals and user experience factors weigh heavier than pure link building

I use semrush for keywords with high volume and low difficulty. Also keywords with minimum 4 words. Yes large amount of keywords is the best for me.

You can also use sepstats as it work similar than semrush but for also for bing. I don't know if it's really accurate to be honest.
 
To rank good on bing you only need at least 30 positive reviews on trustpilot. This is mostly for ecommerce websites. Trust me, this is tested. This is silly and stupid move by bing
 
Bing still values bookmarks.

Get some. It's cheap and helps, at least with Bing.

Funsocio and similar. Google even likes that one. Lots of good ones that Bing indexes.

Bookmark new content along with normal social shares. Bing favors social signals more than Google seems to as well.
