It depends on your skill. Adsense is very strict.
Like others said if you are newbie, I recommend that you start with cpa.

Tip: Promote your niches to YT and social networking sites.

CPC adsense is better than CPA in any mean. CPA needs a lot experience and money. But adsense is easy low investment revenue from first week.

As a newbie myself starting out in this field I would agree with everyone here that CPA is best to utilise at this point.

There are so many great Journey threads to follow for CPA, you'll learn alot here at BHW, and for no cost at all!
