1. Should I use VPN or Proxy to generate reviews and don't get banned with sites like Yelp
2. What is the best service?

I use hide my ass all of the time. Its only about $12 p/m

There are free VPN's like hotspot shield but all of the ads get annoying.
 
i use purevpn regular plan just for 9 dollar they have multiple ips and fast service, but free services are not more secure full :D

I am not sure about Proxy services as i haven't used much of it but i have heard from my friends that it is not reliable. Though the better option is go with VPN, as it encrypts your data through a very secure path and will not let anyone to trace you IP, so as no one can trace your IP. It is pretty much clear that you will not be banned or get traced.

there are some good companies selling out VPN of germany UK and USA. price ranged US$8-12 monthly, with 30-50 ips.
