What is 3 qualifying sales in amazon

Dear Mates,

I have 4 sales on amazon account http://prntscr.com/su3n8l but still unable to get the API http://prntscr.com/su3njq what actually is qualified sales. all the items have shipped as they are 10 days old orders.

***my site is related to mobiles and the sales happen on other products.

Please suggest how can i get or apply for api

If you made 3 sales within the first 180 days, your site or app will be reviewed for compliance. There are 3 outcomes: you'll be approved immediately, you'll be asked to change this or that or you'll be rejected. If you manage to get API access, you must maintain monthly sales to keep it.
