Hello Everyone,

I got a project a year ago. The project was for a non-English site, so a little bit difficult for me. But the client works side by side with me, which helps and saves a ton of my time. As it was a non-English website, I have limited opportunities to work on both content and backlinks.

So far, what I did -

  1. Performed technical On-page SEO
  2. Update and basic On-page SEO for each page based on targeted keywords
  3. Update content using surfer and other tools.
  4. Completed most of the foundation links.
  5. Guest Post using brand name mostly as it's a non-English Website.

Current Project Status -

So you can see the ranking for the targeted keywords are excellent. But now, to continue this project, I have no clue what's left to do more. Also, I need to present the bi-weekly report to get the payment.

My question, what are you guys doing to manage a Non-English site for more than a year timeframe?

Any advice or tips would be helpful for me.

Thanks a lot.

Do more and more guest posts perhaps? I am sure internet is full of good sites, don't you agree?

That's what I thought. As the keywords are all ranking well so my client is not interested in any links specifically guest posts.

Add more content, and try to target broader keywords. Maybe you can find good keywords to write blog posts about that could give them more traffic. That way you can add new keywords to the SERPRobot project, and show them the increase in potential that you found.

First, the language is not English. Second, I still tried to figure out some relevant keywords and passed them to my clients to create new blog posts. It seems like it's taking ages to manage one single content. So I can consider it as a gone option. As I said, I have to present the report. No report, no payment. So that's why I am out of ideas on what to do to continue this project.

You could tell the client that you will make sure they stay in the top rankings by keeping their SEO 'up to date'. Add one or two guest posts a month for example.

Thanks for your heads up. I guess there is no option left except doing guest posts.

Expand the content and target more keywords - sure there are more that can bring bacon? Being non-en is non issue - google translate is pretty good already so keyword and market research are possible, then order content from freelancers and voila. Once you have more keywords to rank then you will have more off-page to do so its continuous cycle.

To get payment just show a aduit of weekly work and website stats and figures.

Look up a software does audits send that and a image of what we seeing know.(( weekly))

The Purpose of Reports. Reports communicate information which has been compiled as a result of research and analysis of data and of issues. Reports can cover a wide range of topics, but usually focus on transmitting information with a clear purpose, to a specific audience.

Thanks all for the help. Unfortunately, audit and research are not what my clients want anymore. So he paused the work for now. It's better for both parties because I don't want to take money for doing nothing. He might charge me later when he will see the output is not that great.

The most important metric is conversion tracking and how SEO affected that.

If the end goal is to get people to fill out a contact form, how much of that SEO traffic actually performed that tactic.

It's one thing to get traffic, but it's all junk if they don't actually don't carry out the CTA/action the businesses wants them to do.

Some of that is the quality of traffic and some of that is the content/design/offer.
