    I just did my first mailing (lol after all those years) i've never been into mailings, so i don't know a thing about it.
    I thought it could be great to use mailchimp at first.
    As it's free and it can work with lots of optin forms for Wordpress.
    So i went ahead and started building a list.
    Niche = IM/Blackhat

    Now i was stupid enough to think it could work out for a while before i need to pay/upgrade (i guess i will never be able to do this lol) or do do something with this list.
    Our automated abuse prevention system, Omnivore, detected content, keywords, or activity that can indicate the possibility of harmful information being sent through our service, which requires a quick human review.

    Got that message after my first "sent" (i was contacting my list about a new bot). So it got some keywords like: "Bot-facebook-generating-traffic" etc...
    Didn't go well lol

    Now i managed to export all the emails (not a lot but still) but my questions are:
    1) What do you guys use to send emails to your list ? Software from your PC or VPS (i ain't talking about mass spam here)
    2) Something that i could send as html or plain text

    Thanks guys

    Using software would be better option for you as most of the web service providers would be showing these kind of messages.
    You will find some mailing software in the free download section.

    Other alternatives you can look into:
    Sendy.co and MyMail (themeforest)

    If you are using Wordpress, go with the MyMail plugin.
    Good luck!
