Are motivational speaker gonna sue/report me if i use part of their speech on my youtube motivation videos and add all the credit to them?

Something like this: check description (They credit all the speaker)

i have something similar in mind and i wonder if they will sure/report me if was about to do the same.

Okay but some of them takes months to reply, i wonder if a chanel like that one above ask for speakers permission first
