Wise is pretty stabil when you use it carefully and properly.

I used some times to transfer money abroad, but only for that, because my personal and business account were banned without a clear reason. That's why I prefer Payoneer. But if you can use it without any issues, go for it, I didn't have a good experience but in general, I hear good things about Wise

Above some amounts they'll charge you interest for just keeping money with them.
