What do you think about my Niche/CPA plan?

Hello everyone.

I have finally gathered enough money and will to dive into the niche site business, and I want to know what do you think about my plan of action.

First step: Creating a fan site about a popular cartoon on facebook, I'm planning to gather an audience of fans, share memes, news, pictures, etc.

I think that every profitable niche has been already researched and exploited. I know there are many other more profitable niches out there, but I think that TV shows will always gather a fair amount of followers.

To complement the fan page on facebook, I'm also creating instagram and twitter accounts to direct visitors to a CPA landing page, but also share entertaining content so the fans don't feel that the whole page of this profiles are the landing page.

Second step: I'm creating a blog with news, trivia, and most important, product reviews.

Third step: Building a shopify store with paraphernalia of the show, especially mugs, t-shirts, toys, collectibles, that will be promoted on the fan site, profiles, and niche site.

Again, this will be my first niche site and CPA project, I have read a lot, but literally, I have zero experience. I know I'll lose money before seeing results, if any, but before I start, what do you think about it?

There could be a copyright claim against you, so be careful there. I know about being sued for breach of copyright and I can tell you it's a costly nightmare

Wow... so, what about parodies? I though on creating original designs of mock ups of the show and sell t-shirts
The site would still be about the show but the products I'd sell would be parodies that would have little to none relation with the name or images of the cartoon.

I'm not a copyright Lawyer but I'd be careful doing that, can't you sell official licensed products?

Just be careful with Facebook. I have a couple of legit account that got banned this week. Facebook is getting really crazy nowadays and only prefer to have advertisers who OWN their own products to advertise. Meaning CPA/ affiliate programs will get into issue sooner or later even with aged accounts.

Nope, no license at all... if it's so risky, I think I better research more and try to sell something else, I don't want my first project to end up with a lawsuit

So, what do you think is the best way to cpa these days?

Major advertising network with real quality traffic such as Facebook frowns upon CPA and affiliate offer due to poor user experiences with them.

POP traffic still accepts but the quality of traffic is garbage at best. Native ads is a consideration but cost is high.

Focus more on the second tier social networks where you can still post marketing messages easily without high overheads, this will be my suggestion. Twitter used to be very good for me but even now twitter is fast turning into Facebook 2.0.

That's Great. Solid Plan but this is not so Easy. So Tie it up and work hard. Hope for the Best.

I am also planning to run a blog for Trending Topics, Trivia Niche. I just want to Build an Authority Informative Site.

May be uou can affiliate wih a cartoon show mercandise and promote it on your blog

Yeah, the copyright thing is a pain in the booty. I have a site with a copyrighted name that I registered before I knew that was a thing companies cared about (derp). Just kind of waiting at this point (many months later) for them to send me a cease and desist which I will not fight and immediately shut down the site for. That being said, I think there's probably a way you can do this that actually does make it clear your site is attached to an intellectual property which you do not own and yet at the same time completely complies with copyright/trademark law. Something to think about anyway.

Facebook it's getting hard and hard with copyright, I've almost 5 months banned just for videos. And almost every company who print tshirts, mugs, posters, etc won't let you use copyright material even if just looks like a little bit the same.
