What do you think about foreclosures niche?

Hi,

i have a website in foreclosures niche and it is getting not much hit. I am contemplating focusing on it but on the other side even though i read everyday about it, i feel like i am very new to real estate stuff. The legalities are also another factor which is holding me back.


What do you think generally about foreclosures niche? Is it a very hard market? Too much legal concerns?

I would really appreciate to hear your experiences and thoughts on this.

i used to make autoblogs with emds in this niche and it used to sell as hot cakes for $200 each at dp. the good old days
