I get up in 6am and eat One banana, after shower 5 eggs with olive oil and oats plus one slice of bread.

grap a bananna, som strowberry left over lunch from my children, 9/10 times bread end cheese.
we have always food on the table or in the kitchen, eat like 8 times, i have a big bowl of fruits on the table, nuts en stuff.
i live in Africa so a lots of fruits. i wait the mango en watermelon pffffff the ar good so good
