Eat like a king, the breakfast.

I am waking up around noon every day. Thinking of changing my lifestyle a bit.

What and How do you have? Do you calculate how much you should intake per day?

I believe a lot of users here are work from home/home office.

So these are really messed up. Let's hear it out. As great health is the highest $$$$/day!

My girlfriend makes me a dish with some fruit, mostly banana, strawberry and grapes. Sometimes she makes salad too with tuna, grapes and tomato. And I drink (a lot of) coffee and sparkling water with that.

Well I wake up around 6:00 a.m. on the weekdays and I will take my morning meds, then about half an hour to an hour later I'll eat something. Usually its something easy like a Bagel or a Breakfast Sandwich (microwavable). Some times I can convince my g/f to make eggs sunny side up with corned beef hash and toast, which is like one of my favorites!

I don't watch what I eat though, I'm a very skinny person and no matter how hard I try I can not gain weight to save the life of me. I usually stay around the 140 lbs area. I know I'm skinny! Don't make fun of me. :)

Whatever is at hand - especially when it is winter :)

Throw away the microwave :)

btw is that your dog on your avatar? He/she is awesome :D

80% of times it's eggs, either sunny side up or omelette with bacon + tomato and cucumber salad with some chicken seasoning and sometimes sour cream. Also coffee.
If I'm feeling very hungry I add a bowl of oatmeal with berries to that.

4 bananas, 1 apple, 1 carrot, 1 orange

eat like that every morning.

Personally, I skip the traditional way of "breakfast" and directly start cooking a healthy soup. Mostly it's "Linsensuppe", I think you call it "lentil soup" in English. Anyway, I took a picture of my soup a few days ago, it looks like this:

This is actually real and usable information with which your body can really do something. Very much proteins through the red lentils, and mega power through carrots, onions, potatoes, freshly squeezed lemons, paprika powder, fresh chili, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. A protein shake looks ridiculous against it.
We have it in Spain with tomato, olive oil on toasted bread.
Oh yeah, my grandmother lives in Malaga, Spain. Every time I visit her, we eat this in the morning, indeed.

Oh yeah, do you call it bruschetta as well, like in Italy? Forgot to mention the garlic though, can't have a proper dish without it.
