sometimes as a newb it takes awhile for the mods to approve your post on here D... give it awhile and provide quality posts, not spam and you'll do ok

Yea i realize that.
Fact is up until yesterday i had all posts approved.
I remember about 1 mth ago alot of complaints about posts from noobs not getting through. And again yesterday there was a thread started about this. I think it may well have been deleted.
I wouldnt call any of my posts spam, although not quite blackhat either.
This is why i basicly hold back posting as much as possible as i dont want to be one of those +rep/thanks type replys.
This was one of the few threads i thought i had the luxury of being able to post in it was so off topic (black hat i mean).

I guess i have to pull my head in a little more and just read until such a time as i can offer quality content to the members.

I blame the bloody casino.. hehehehe makes me want to post so i can gamble.
How pathetic.
Anyhow cheers mate i will not spam the board.
Read only for damink it appears.

Wait... can you actually win real money at that casino? I played around in it for a few minutes. Personally, I've always been a chess player, but gambling with luck on your side is cool too.

Tactics and strategy mixed with luck is unstoppable. People think that you can't do anything but take a chance when you gamble, but I don't beg, I differ.

Once I won like 1k off my friends in craps in a day... The first day ever I'd played craps.
it was a combo of alot of things that won me that, but I never even made them pay up like half of it lol ;)

cashsalute, the fact that you emphasized about the importance (or should I say non-importance?) of rep/thanks in a topic irrelevant to such a subject matter tells me that you're just looking for some love yourself :p

Combine that with the fact you "thanked' someone else makes me think that your cryptic messages are easier to decipher then you thought.

Btw, nice song, kinda reminds me of some of the beats by Jedi Mind Tricks. I actually listened.

I'm sorry, but just what in the Hell is "digital molestation"?

Is that like a finger up someone's butt or what?

Whats up Ruck,

You are awesome man your contributions are actually contributions.......imagine that, one hell of a concept huh...
Anyway like justmeron, I'm an old hillbilly from west virginia, but left there when I was 19 to join the Army did 20 years and retired (yea, that makes me a senior citizen (42yrs) in this forum) and have been living in fort worth tx for the last 4 years.
For fun.....damn whats that, JK..but I have one of those complexxxxxxx lives, I raise 5 daughters by myself, single dad, and I work a full time day job of about 50 hours a week sometimes more never less. So I am trying to get something going in the IM world so maybe one day I can actually have time to enjoy my kids and have a little fun along the way, lol
If I had time to have fun....laser tag, which me and the girls do actually find time to do on occasion and I've been trying to get them to take up paint ball but they're afraid they will get a bruise.....girls, lol

Hey ruck, seriously, it's guys like you that make forums like this work.

Thanks

I just checked out your zero 2 hero, it's looking good. I'm definitely going to give it a try.

Hey ddahl,
Agreed that Ruck's information is solid.

cashsalute, I enjoyed the video you posted. I've spent significant "Rez" time where I have friends, mainly Pine Ridge, Rosebud, Santee & Pawnee.

Best,
Sine

Heh, I was just bullshitting the whole post but ya wheres my thanks and reps at!

to answer the question...

I snowboard in the winter and golf and futbol in the summer.

Spring/fall, I whack it.

Damn! I feel ancient. I'm 48. Wrote my first program on an IMSAI 8080. Assembly language. Had a whopping 16K ram. I souped it up to 48K but had to buy a portable fan, take the top off and blow air on it all day long cuz it kept overheating. You young fellas have no idea what the early days were like. I posted in another thread that my brother was interviewed by Paul Allen (of Microsoft) when he was a Phd student at Stamford in late 70's. Paul offered him a job. My brother turned it down. He would have been employee #16 at MS.

If anyone has any thoughts of quitting IM, think twice. It has NEVER and I repeat NEVER, been easier to start a business and get rich than right now. I've started two businesses the old fashion way, one in 1981 and one in 1992, both software. I did ok but it took years to get known and gain momentum. Today you can get started with next to nothing and start making coin tomorrow.

I'm begging my kids (14 & 12) to let me teach them. They could EASILY retire by 25 if they start now.

You asked what girls do for fun - I am a retired lady teacher but I also run a cleaning agency, own 12 properties which I rent out so I have to keep my tenants in line when they don't pay the rent. I have joined a rich internet marketer to sell websites and I love to be on my computer as much as I can. I have about 20 websites to look after and I have made friends with other people on the net and I see my 3 granddaughters as often as I can. I am up for any new venture as I have an entrepreneurial spirit and if I have a bit of free time, I love an evening in with good friends, good wine and good conversation. I have never taken drugs as I have never needed help to enjoy life, and at 61, I don't intend to start now. I can't believe how some of you young people say you haven't got much to do where you live. Come to England and you will find plenty to do here. Live every day as if it is your last.

I'm 56 in a few days. I'm also a retired teacher and these days I spend my time creating educational materials for a couple of niches. My main interests are writing and programming. I combine both of these in my online activities as much as I can. In my spare time I'm an amatuer filmmaker, and have written a couple of screenplays which I'm at present looking for funding to produce them.
I've never been one for sports although in my army days I played soccer. my other pastime is designing and creating 3D game models, and converting them into paper creations.
