What can I do with this domain ?

Hi. I have a domain name called realmortgage.co.uk ( I also own .org and .uk as well ) I just want to get your ideas about what I can do with these domain names ? Do I have to create a website and put some effort on it to make a profit via adsense or what ? I'm newbie that's why I don't want to waste my time for the thing that will not work in future ))

There are two schools of thought here:

1. Build an authority site
2. Build a passive income site

Authority site will take a lot longer and require most (if not all) of your time. But the payoff would be greater and you need to treat it like a real business. If you create a real authority site, you can sell sponsorship and work with real estate agents so long as you have quality traffic.

If you go the passive income way you can earn money by

- Selling leads
- Adsense
- Aff offers

The thing is that no matter what, you will come up against some challenges. So you better make sure you enjoy this niche enough to push through them. Otherwise you may give up before you reach your pot of gold.

What about an imformation website on the subject and the have adverts on the website
 
That's why I'm confusing. Because I don't think that only information will be enough for me to get profit from adverts, I know that there is a huge competition in this sector that's why I just want to make something different.
 
You could possibly go down that road and try and build it up and then approach companies once you start getting big hits and saying to them you will advertise their mortgages on your website for x amount?
 
Yeah. But is there any chance of getting huge hits ?Because in order to get huge traffic I will need to rank in google. But the problem here is, it might take years to rank in google because of competition :/ What u think ?
 
depends how good your seo is and if you willing to spend a little on google ads. Its worth some of your time and possibly a little money and see where it goes.
