and they all own whatsapp

If you think CPA is the best method, please specify which affiliates have the best offers for sms ? their payouts ...
And also i've a question concerning CPA offers, Is it possible to promote offers (that accepts only email traffic) by whatsapp (sms) ? Or you'll get caught by the affiliate ?
