Hello BHW, I hope all is well and Happy Holidays!
I'm curious what some of your thoughts are on my plan before I actually go ahead and do it. But first here is some insight on what brought me to this point-
Quick Insight:
I'm a fairly new affiliate marketer (8months). When I first created a google ads account I jumped in way too fast without thoroughly doing my research and learning about Googles Policies. My account was suspended (Circumventing policy) as I was running ads to my horrible first landing page that was no where near compliant with google and to be honest was a big mistake on my end. I tried disputing that account but next got approved and I've since deleted that website and have never used that ads account again. After feeling discouraged by everything for a while, I decided to do more research and take a different approach by creating a whole new website where I actually provide value and informative content to my visitors. This was when I created a new google ads account under my personal email address to be associated with my new domain and website so I could hopefully start fresh. I started by running a video ad which was going to a specific page on my website. The campaign was running fine and my stats were pretty decent but I decided to reach out to a google ad specialist for help on making any changes to improve the performance (Another Big Mistake). The specialist created a display ad for me and the next day my account was suspended for suspicious payment and circumventing policy. I appealed it with google but I never got the account back.
Fast Forward To Now:
I created a new domain/website and I want to open another google ads account under my significant others info. However, I believe that our ip address is flagged with google, so before I start with proxies and buying accounts I was thinking of creating the ads account from another house with different hardware and only accessing the ads account from that house. The ip of the house and hardware is not linked to my name in any way.
My only concerns are this:
Thanks!

My only concerns are this:
- The new website and domain was created on my potentially flagged pc. Will this be an issue when I run the ads to this website?
- The home I would be operating the ads account at, I may not be able to get there right away some days, would I be able to use a program such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk to access the account if needed to make any quick adjustments?
Thanks!
