What are your other options if Ezoic and Adthrive refuse your application?

Just get the following email from Adthrive. They refuse my application for my website without any detailed reason.

Thank you so much for applying with AdThrive! Unfortunately, I have some bad news. Our ad partners didn’t approve to move forward with the site, which means we won’t be able to serve ads and therefore won’t be able to begin a partnership.

We wish we could give more details on why the site was declined but they’re purposely ambiguous about their decision-making in order to keep their processes unknown. If we’re able to track down any specific details that would be helpful for you, we’ll definitely let you know.

And the Ezoic also refuse my application because they think the Session Duration of our visitor is very low. However, I don't really want to use Ezoic after reading some posts here, they will hate the SEO and affect the ranking on Google.

So what're the other choices when my applications are refused by them? But I am also applying Mediavine and waiting for the answer. I wish they will accept my application!
