1.keyword research
2.add meta tags (meta title and descriptions)
3.create unique content. and import keywords in content ,main tain 2-3% keyword density.
4.Link Building - try to get backlinks from Higher authority sites

There are too many, but you can start by doing on page SEO to your website, without this, whatever you do after will be worthless.

After having your website optimized, you will have to start posting relevant content with more than 700 words per post; this will add value to your site.

Then guest post outreach because backlinks are still relevant and if they come from good sites with high DA and organic traffic, it will be much better for your website.
 
Reaching out to bloggers and paying them ~$100 for a link.

Just by reading the replies so far its becoming clear that 99% of the members here have no idea what White Hat means. Thats a shame. Here, read the fucking Google guidelines and understand that there is no such thing as "White hat" link building. If is link building - its black hat. Period.
