They might elevate your money site temporarily (if that), but it will come crashing down sooner or later.
Your best bet right now is to create quality Web 2.0s, and link them to your site. Make then contextual and relevant!
And you can direct the garbage links (Fiverr etc.) to your Web 2.0s, and they will be fine.

Contextual relevant dew-follow backlinks with unique content to be exact.
Much more important than the CMS of the backlink are the individual attributes (like PR of the domain, what the rel= is, DA/PA, how relevant the site/page is to the link, etc).

I highly recommend high PR contextual links with 100% unique articles. Also, Please make sure, say for example if you order 10 high PR blog post, then 10 blogs from unique C class IP's, who.is protected, do-follow links and more over niche relevancy..

Game has changed in early 2012 and then during the summer. Diversity is the key these days, you don't want to abuse one type of backlinks with targeted keyword as an anchor or you'll get penalized.
Guys, make sure you diversify a hell out of your anchor texts and use generic ones in at least 50% of links.
