I have been trying to learn SEO slowly and improve my website , but there is so much advice online that it gets confusing .

What are some simple SEO habits I can follow that actually help in the long run without over complicating things?

Focus on basics: publish useful content consistently and cover topics in depth.

Keep structure clean, interlink related pages, and update old posts. Simple habits done consistently beat chasing every new tactic.

Same feeling here, too much info online.I just try to focus on basics first ,good content, simple keyword research, and some internal linking. When basics are clear, other things make more sense. Better to learn step by step, not everything at once.

Focus on consistency over hacks. Publish helpful content regularly, target one clear keyword per page, improve page speed, and build internal links. Update old posts, earn natural backlinks, and track results. Small, steady improvements usually beat shortcuts in long term.

I am still learning too, but keeping it simple helps. I focus on writing useful content, targeting one keyword per post, improving page speed, and updating old posts. Also trying to build a few natural backlinks. Small consistent efforts seem to work best.

Focus on the basics like writing clear content that answers real search intent, keeping your site structure clean, and improving page speed and mobile usability.

From my experience as a beginner, keep it simple, write helpful content regularly, target one keyword per page, use basic internal linking, and update old posts. Do not overthink SEO tricks consistency and useful content always worked better for me long term.

too much Knowledge in seo field can make anyone confuse.I will tell you some good ways, it will help you.
1. Write for people not search engine.
2. Write keyword in your title of the post. getting read title at first few instance increases people to click more. it is like clickbait.
3. Updating older posts
Seo is not only writing but also updating old content to a fresh content. Google always like fresh content.
4. Keep the image size to small.
Putting heavy images on the blog post makes the website speed low.
If you want to put fast loading image you can also compress it.
5. Internal links
Do some internet links from one post to other.
Whenever you add new article, also include 2-3 links of your old posts inside that article. it will make visitor staying longer.
Fact- doing regular seo and consistent is the key. it is not everything done in a night by magic. It takes some time.
Are you still working on your website content or looking only on technical aspects?
