What are some good CPA Content / link Locking Networks Right Now ?

What are some of the better current content / link / file locking networks available right now ? I'm looking to test out my traffic right now with different content locker networks to see which converts best for my traffic. I have been out of the game for a while so I'm not sure which are the best options at the moment. Figured I would ask here and see what people had to say who have been doing content locking recently.

CPABuild has crappy offers.
And there are very few offers. But its good for beginners and people make money there.
Its easier to get accepted in CPABuild than it is to get into OGAds.

OGAds wants more info and other stuff.

For specific situations, I use OGAds, and when it comes to adult content locking, I prefer to use AdMaven
