What are some black/gray/white hat ways to get subscribers?

I have around 45k subs (only 200-400 active) so its a dead channel, I'm almost half way there to get 100k subs. I can rank my videos very well so SEO is not a problem. I can get views but not subscribers. All I want to know is what are the black/gray/white hat ways to get subscribers or force subscribers / some shady tricks or tactics if any.
My goal is to get the 100,000 subs silver play button so do not suggest me to buy subs, any other method other than buying would be greatly appreciated.

I'm desperate. Thanks!

Depends what type of niche your in and what kind of videos you have!

But are you monetizing it? If so, how much are you making?
 
If you dont have a problem ranking and getting views as you say, the hard work is already done, a portion of the views will certainly turn to subscribers.
Some high quality channel page graphics, end cards and cool pinned comment will do the work in a clean way.

I know. All influencers in my niche (sub-niche?) use this grey/blackhat trick. It's very stable too, if done right they have their channels for years, no ban. But I don't know how to get views on fresh channel without fake traffic xD. I have very little views right after I upload on new channel/account. I only get real views after I fake some. Then I trick them into subbing with this trick. So any ideas how to jumpstart a channel with REAL traffic? I could share how to get subscribers (real people, not fake shit) in return.

The niche is tutorials but not exactly tutorials, it's hard to explain. And yes my channel is monetized and I'm making around 250-300$ a month

I've added end cards, pinned comment, name it and I've done it, but my viewer to subs conversion rate is 0.32 - 0.49%
