WHAT and HOW... Link Building Campaign!

Hello,

I wanted to ask what I should know before making a link building campaign?

Knowing exactly:

- Velocity of building my links
- Quality of links built
- How many links I am going to build consistently every day
- How many links I am going to have at the end of the campaign, and how many is necessary to build upon every day
- What anchor text I am going to use (and how I am going to mix them up)
- Howmany will be No-Follow and Howmany will be Do-Follow
- Etc... (Can you add any more?)

Another question:

Imagine I build a few no-follow links to a Do-Follow web 2.0 sites. Right anchor text, velocity, and more. Will that kind of PUSH/CONVERT no follow links to do follow since it's going through my web 2.0 to my money page?

Interesting questions. I am interested to see the answers to this.

Also, how many variations of comments/anchors texts do you plan on using? For how many comments will you use them?
 
And I have another very important question. It's not only BUILDILNG these links. I also have to know WHEN to index these links (Let's say by RSS) Howmany should I index each go? I mean you can't get too many indexed a day otherwise it will affect your rankings. What would the right velocity be for let's say 10 links/day? Force index for 6 links, and let 4 get indexed naturally? (Example)
