What ad networks can i use to advertise IPTV subscriptions.

I'm looking for traffic sources so I can get my first sale with IPTV subscriptions. I'm wondering if ad networks like PropellerAds, Adsterra, or MGID, etc... might work for this type of offer.
-Do i need cloaking or some kind of filtering ? I’d prefer if it was possible to run campaigns without having to cloak.
-I’m open to advice from others who’ve tested similar products. If anyone has experience running IPTV offers on push, native, or pop networks
-I’d appreciate any tips or recommended networks to try any help is appreciated.
