Yea, not gonna lie, I'm currently trying to lose some weight, but those last few pictures man... I'm hungry now.

Edit: Back to topic, the question was

What am I doing? Trying not to think of food.
What am i drinking? Water... :(
What am I eating? Fucking nothing.
What am I planing? Sleeping, hardcore dog walking sessions and playing world of warcraft (don't judge me)

Well lets see, tonight I'm eating salmon/tuna sushi. Nothing fancy it was reduced at the supermarket.

And I'm also eating lots of Dry VItamin A. 10,000 mcg every few hours with a meal = 30,000 mcg.

Anyone who hasn't taken pure (or dry) Vitamin A their whole lives, you have to try some.
Beta-carotene doesn't do shit for your vision, skin, energy, it's worthless.
Oily vitamin A is hard to absorb & digest. But dry A is taken up into your brain like a drug.

Dry A will improve your memory, focus, learning, ability to execute complex functions, vision, it will also regenerate all your skin
so you have a new layer of skin everywhere & does it fast. My skin has never looked this good (ever).

Another reason I recommend dry A is too many people take Vitamin D. But vitamin D blocks retinoids.
So you develop a relative deficiency where synthetic D blocks all the natural retinoids in your food.

Anyway, I highly recommend it.

ps. Anyone who does graphics, coding or web design for a living needs a minimum of 20,000 mcg a day.
You will work 10xs faster in a few days just watch.

The daily recommended amount of Vitamin A is 900 mcg according to Mayoclinic.
More than 10,000 MCG is considered toxic and harmful for your liver.

So whats your rationale behind consuming this much Vitamin A?

I was prescribed Vitamin D about 4 yrs ago & though it helped with many things, mood, energy, sleep ... I noticed my vision got much worse those 4 yrs.
When my vision was fine before taking Vitamin D.

My eyes were constantly dry, sandy, I started getting pain in my eyes when editing videos. And noticed the dryness would get worse after taking Vitamin D.

The more I read, the more proof I found that Vitamin D blocks Vitamin A through the RXR receptor:
https://www.allergyresearchgroup.com/ARGFocus_201008_VitaminsDAK_web.pdf
And the more I researched what a true "high dose" of Vitamin A is, the more I came across studies like this, where people took 25,000ius for 6-7 yrs
straight and never had any side effects or high liver enzymes.
https://academic.oup.com/ajcn/article/69/4/656/4737355
I also noticed certain brands of cod liver oil deliver 40,000ius Vitamin A and people take them everyday.

I won't be taking this high a dose forever but I will do it 2-3 months as I believe Vitamin D collapsed my vitamin A levels.
Then probably get a test for Vitamin A to be safe.

It really clears up brain fog too my brain feels so sharp right now. =]

placebo is a helluva drug

jk dude :D

Yeh but if I turned that around on you caffeine drinkers, and claimed that caffeine doesn't produce energy it actually consumes energy... noone would want to hear it.
If I further explained that vitamins produce energy, not stimulants, less people would wanna hear it.

That's ok. I'll keep taking my vitamins as I crush my competition. Most who live on caffeinated beverages.

ps. I saw you were kidding. :)

First real weekend I've take off in 4 years... spent last day relaxing and making pizza.. thin crust.. salami caramelised onion and bacon.
