My weekend is now trying to over fill this bag and then hang it in the garage.
You don't need to do that to the dog.....

Well lets see, tonight I'm eating salmon/tuna sushi. Nothing fancy it was reduced at the supermarket.
And I'm also eating lots of Dry VItamin A. 10,000 mcg every few hours with a meal = 30,000 mcg.
Anyone who hasn't taken pure (or dry) Vitamin A their whole lives, you have to try some.
Beta-carotene doesn't do shit for your vision, skin, energy, it's worthless.
Oily vitamin A is hard to absorb & digest. But dry A is taken up into your brain like a drug.
Dry A will improve your memory, focus, learning, ability to execute complex functions, vision, it will also regenerate all your skin
so you have a new layer of skin everywhere & does it fast. My skin has never looked this good (ever).
Another reason I recommend dry A is too many people take Vitamin D. But vitamin D blocks retinoids.
So you develop a relative deficiency where synthetic D blocks all the natural retinoids in your food.
Anyway, I highly recommend it.

ps. Anyone who does graphics, coding or web design for a living needs a minimum of 20,000 mcg a day.
You will work 10xs faster in a few days just watch.
The daily recommended amount of Vitamin A is 900 mcg according to Mayoclinic.
More than 10,000 MCG is considered toxic and harmful for your liver.
So whats your rationale behind consuming this much Vitamin A?
placebo is a helluva drugIt really clears up brain fog too my brain feels so sharp right now. =]
