website with porn-site backlinks

My website has some backlinks from porn sites, so when the users visiting my site from those links getting nothing but page not found error. Should I just remove those backlinks or keep them as it is.

Do they also affect my Adsense in any way?

What do you mean by remove those backlinks? You have control of the sites they are coming from?
Anyway, I'd just leave them.
Adsense doesnt care who links to your site.

Well if they are not related or worthy you should remove them. Also as person above has mentioned its not in your hands completely but still can be removed. So if they are hampering your SEO badly remove them otherwise don't waste your efforts.

I mean visitors coming from those links to my sites are finding nothing and bounce rate is going so high.

Should i Disavow google to ignore those links

No need to disavow. I think Google has even recently stated that could actually trigger a manual review of your site. All the best sites have a little bit of dirt running to them anyway. Do some spot checks on top ranked sites and you'll see what I mean.

You could 301 any traffic to another page which might be a good practice anyway. But if someone was looking for porno and they land on your Christian bookstore, they are going to bounce anyway.
