I hope this post is meant as a joke,... but in case it's not. You need to learn some basics first.
Understand the importance of (copy)writing, marketing and SEO. There are a lot of factors that play into the viral aspect of an article / video / website. Humor, wit, etc.,.. What are you entertained by? Have you the resources to create that kind of content, if not, do you have the money to outsource it? e.g. hire somebody who does the writing, marketing, etc.?

My suggestion for you is to pick any area related to your goal above and learn something along the way...

You English very bad. Learn how speak English and then start work your niche and not forget to do keywords difficulty analysis before you viral your site. ;-)

try searching google for "one hour translate", or use google translate, until you can put in the proper grammar.

If your English isn't the best, but you have the resources you can hire copyrighters here. First find your competitors and see what they're doing. Once you do this you kinda have it set as what you can do after is see what you can do better than your competition
